Reading: I said in a previous post that I had found a gem of a library. I have been reading my little heart out ever since then.
Ingrid Michaelson: I found her through pandora and I can't stop listening to her! Her voice makes me happy.
Hammocks: Ever since spring has hit I've love going outside and just chilling after work. I could lay there for hours...that's probably how I got a tan.

I'm an introvert. There's no doubt about it. I knew that I was one, but it wasn't until I watched a video interview with a writer (who happens to be an introvert) that I finally realized that what I am isn't weird, abnormal, or even different. In fact most of the most people are introverts. I used to think that being an introvert was something to be ashamed of I've grown up since then and now know that it is something to embrace.

If you are an extrovert than you probably don't understand why we are the way that we are, or why we do what we do. I'm here to give you a little insight to how our brains (well mine at least) work.

I am a extreme thinker. I am always thinking, dreaming, creating, and wondering in my mind. I can sometimes be an over-thinker. Even if it seems to you that I'm just not talking/or shy I am really thinking my little heart out.

I can only have so much of people. I love hanging out with my friends, but I would rather have a smaller gathering with my very best friends than I would have a blow-out party with a bunch of people that I don't really know. When I have to be in a situation with a bunch of people especially for long amounts of time I have to make time to get away all by myself and just. be. Be quiet, be alone, and just think. When I was at camp last summer I had to be around gobs of people all the time, I had to make time to get away even if it was just for an hour or even after every one else had gone to bed. I had to make that time to be alone, because if I didn't I would have lost my mind!

So the next time that you have to be around an introvert remember, even if they aren't talking they are in depth thought, and give them their space, be understanding when they ask for alone time.

I blog because I can't contain my thoughts. They come to me speeding down the freeway of my brain and there's no stop sign. They come at me sometimes all at once and there is no way to catch them to bottle them up and save unless I write. I blog because it makes me realize that sometimes the problems that I thought were huge seem so much smaller after they are written out. I blog because it relieves my stresses of the day. I blog because every year after I've grown  little I reread the posts from my past. They remind me of who I was and how much has changed. I blog to stay focused and to hold myself accountable. I blog because it's how I cope with losses. I blog to share my joys, and accomplishments. I blog to remind myself of how small I really am, and that God is ultimately in control.

I know that it is a little late, but better late than never right?

My march goals were...

read the whole book of proverbs  I did get a good ways through the book like to chapter 19 or something but sadly I didn't follow through.

take more pictures yeah this didn't happen.

read "the meeting place" I couldn't really get into it. But I have found something to help me start reading more. (more on that in a minute)

exercise every weekday let's not even go there.

study for the next ACT this didn't have to happen because I missed the deadline to apply for the April test.

get/order prom stuff this did get accomplished! Thank goodness!

I pretty much failed last month, but this month I have goals that HAVE to get done. Hopefully they will. Here is my April Goals...

Personal Goals:

make adoption slideshow for adoption ceremony

read a whole book  I have found a gem! Right down the street from my work is a little library. I have started going there to get books after I get off of work. Hopefully this will encourage me to read more.

bring books back to library 

bring prom shoes that I didn't use back to store

mail thank you/birthday cards

thoroughly clean room

get an Easter dress

take my tithe out of the bank

buy mom + dad's anniversary gift

Business Goals:

finish scheduling photoshoot with a client  

pay my domain website name off for this year

I can't do hair and when I say that I mean that I can't even braid my own hair! Getting someone else to do my hair was a must! Our new preacher's wife is really good with her daughter's hair so I asked her if she minded doing it for prom and she said yes! I love how it turned out!
